Here my views in the Gujarati movie '' Chhello

My views regarding the Gujarati Movie Chhello Divas. After read comments on the same movie by Illiyas shaikh & Sharif vijaliwala,i would say that movie is mostly for getting relaxation or entertainment instead of morality or such values. Movies are basically for pleasing & refreshment. If one says that movies are for such moral values, it should be for preaching something. Then it will definitely questioned that then why some particular theme based movies can't get required or rather enough response..?

Virginia Woolf’s “To The Lighthouse” Blog Task

Respected sir,

Virginia Woolf’s “To The Lighthouse” Blog Task

                                                                                 1) How can you explain that 'what' Virginia Woolf wanted to say (for example, the complexity of human relationship, the everyday battles that people are at in their relationship with near and dear ones, the struggle of a female artist against the values of middle/upper class society etc) can only be said in the way she has said?

Ans:- To the Lighthouse is a novel by Virginia Woolf. In this novel, she tries to give the new aspect of living a life and presented complexity of relations, psychological level of a person. We cannot read easily the characters. but minute and deep reading is necessary. Mrs. Ramsay's character is central who represented womanhood, sacrifice for others, kindness and like typical Indian woman. She tried to build up the relation, there is no direct connection between Mr.Ramsay and their children but she is a link or bridge to connect the connect of her husband and children. Characters like Mrs.Ramsay and Lily Briscoe present stream of Consciousness.
2) Do you agree: "The novel is both the tribute and critique of Mrs. Ramsay"? (Key: Take some clues from the painting of Mrs Ramsay drawn by Lily Briscoe and the article by Andre Viola and Glenn Pedersen. Can we read Mrs. R in context of the idea of Ideal Indian Woman
Ans :- Yes, I agree that the novel is both a tribute and critique of Mrs.Ramsay. Mrs.Ramsay is more constant about her family members. She always do work for their children and husband. Servitude, kindness, understanding nature and enduring power to suffer for others are some characteristics of her. So we can tribute her because her whole life she spent for others and don't think about herself, but it presents patriarchal society. If we give critical analysis of this character, we can say that we don't always live our life for others because in our life dreams, hopes and desires also. Following womanhood satisfies the wishes of man. Man always think that women should not express her views and own philosophical thinking because maybe they have some fear in mind that we give liberty and freedom to women, perhaps she has our power also.

5) What do you understand by the German term
Kunstlerroman? How can you justify that 'To The
Lighthouse' is Künstlerroman' novel?

Ans :- German Term “Kunstlerroman” means the struggle
of an artist to develop her/his progress. We connected the
term in the novel, in character of Lily Briscoe. She is alone
but she is awake character. Lily Briscoe as artist. Lily
Briscoe herself suffer a lot in herself inner turmoil and
waves because she is unable to decide is what is actual
reality of life being a women. She is also prove “Women
can paint and write”, but she is prove front of men belief.
In the novel Lily Briscoe says that “ I have had my vision”,
the novel ends with these words, this reflects open
 ended.Archetypal is about recurrent symbols.

9) What does the catalogue named as 'Army and Navy'
? What does cutting of 'Refrigerator'  signify?
Ans :-Generally, Refrigerator uses for keeping the foods as
it is. Refrigerator is a symbol in this novel. Mrs.Ramsay
tries to take care the all things, and she tries to take care
the refine of culture as it is her responsibility. She imposed
idea on children's mind. It is suggestion to Jams from
Mrs.Ramsay to cut Refrigerator from the catalog of Army
and Navy. Refrigerator also symbol of preservation, Chang
and instrument of science and technology.

                                                             Thank you........
